In-line non touch tube inspection
The Tube Inspector is a measuring and inspecting device designed to fit in-line manufacturing cells. It can integrate fully automated cells with robot handling including bending and endforming operations. All inspected data are statistically analysed (cpK) and stored for quality procedure purposes.
The software, specifically designed to measure bent tubes, allows precisions within a tolerance of 0.01 mm.
The Tube Inspector allows a 100% inspection of end formed or bent tubular components during the working process assuring a full and proven quality check.
