The laser tube cutting system LT722D provides 20% higher production rate than normally experienced in the field combined with a unique level of flexibility and automatic adjustments. This feature makes it suitable for both small batches or large runs.

The laser tube cutting system LT722D is the most up to date version of models which have been sold all over the world for the last 15 years. With capacities up to 152mm diameter and maximum lengths up to either 6500mm or 8500mm (on demand), the LT722D laser cutting system offers the following features:

The LT722D tube laser cutting machine has rapid set-up and change-over capability is ideally suited to small batch work, while a large-capacity bundle loader and automated tube handling cater for long production runs.

The Adige LT722D tube laser machine process round, square, rectangular and flat-sided oval tube profiles in most materials, including mild/stainless steels and aluminium.

Particular attention has been paid to reducing machine set-up times, with the downtime for change-over typically less than 3.1/2 min.

The Adige LT722D tube laser machine can process tube up to 152mm diameter and 8.5m stock length, and this latest generation LaserTube system has been shown to provide upwards of 16% productivity increases when compared with the previous-generation systems.

Standard CAD-CAM software control packages specifically designed by ADIGE for single and assembled tube programming allow extremely high exploitation of the system.

The system can also be supplied with:

  • weld seam detector
  • control device for enhanced piercing
  • unloading system lengths of 3500-4500-6500mm
  • separation and collection of different lengths
  • Tube cleaning device to preserve tube I.D. integrity.
