For materials with hardness up to 1200N/mm˛ we recommend Cermet cutting tools.
The CM502 tube sawing and machining centre is widely used for automotive components (suspension spacers, anti vibration bushes, engine support, steering columns, etc.) for motorcycle (chain rollers, shock absorber lining, cylinders barrels, hubs, etc.) precision components (bearing, rollers, pump and engine shafts, bolts, nits).
The continuous development of Adige's cut-off and end-finishing machines for tubes and solids has generated into a new version of the CM502 tube sawing centre.
Starting from bundles of tubes and solids from diameter 10 to 102 mm, CM502 tube sawing centre separates the single bar from the bundle, cuts it off to size and finishes the two ends.
The working cycle is fully automated and managed via CNC: starting from the bundle of tubes or bars, the piece is selected, loaded, cut with a blade.
The two ends are finished on one or two stations and measured in-line. The pieces are finally sorted out and rejected if out of tolerance.
CM502 tube sawing centre is particularly suitable for the production of components for the automotive, track, cycle and motorcycle, as well as mechanical industries.
The Adige CM502 Combined Automatic Sawing and Machining Centre for tube and bar is available with internal and external threading stations.
In addition to cutting to length, chamfering, facing, centring, drilling and turning, the CM502 tube sawing centre can be configured to perform interpolated internal tapping and external threading by means of thread chasers.
